Just off the coast of Portugal, way back deep into the dark dense forest near the Douro River, sat a huge dark and foreboding decrepit old mansion, which was located on the outskirts of a dark and dreary fishing village.  Inside of the old mansion was an old woman who no one knew exactly how old she was, because she was old when the oldest person who lived in the village was first born.  Many centuries ago a deal had been made that held the owner of the house, Charlotte O’Rourke, a captive in the eternal life on earth.  That deal was made between Norman Leifson, the leader of the vicious and fearless Vikings, and the beast of the deep, Scratchet!  During one of Norman’s deadly raids, he kidnapped Charlotte’s beautiful daughter Marjorie O’Rourke and forced her into marriage and to live the brutal life of a Viking’s wife.  He became animalisticly enraged when she escaped; and the determined vow that he made to himself to find her and bring her back, followed him to his death… and beyond!  Now journey with me into the mystical world of the mighty warring ghosts of the brutal Vikings and the powerful and revengeful ancestors of the O’Rourkes!

After the abolishment of slavery in the mid 1800s, Belle White, the beautiful

 Caucasion daughter of a black Negro female slave and the son of a white rich

plantation owner, seeks employment at the great Rockwell Plantation Estate, in the

deep southern town of New Orleans Louisiana.  After gaining employment in the large

 magnificent mansion, she soon realizes that she has gotten much more than she

bargained for…

Book 2

 

            Belle White comes face to face with the knock out gorgeous, red headed, Valerie Youngblood, who has the audacity to try and take her beloved husband and the father of her children, Mr. Andrew Wilkinson, away from her!  However, Valerie will soon find out that she is not simply going up against a young beautiful, once upon a time house servant, but that she has opened a can of worms with a raven dove.  A beautiful raven dove who is determined to take full advantage of this opportunity, and teach Mrs. Valerie a very important lesson that she will never forget.  Never mess with the white skin daughter of an African slave, who's mother was treated when she was alive, as nothing more than a piece of meat to warm the son of the master's bed, at his every beck and call.

            A simple touch of the finger of the very powerful voodoo witch known as Momma Brazoria, on the stomach of the baron woman named Sarah Debris, changed Sarah's life forever!  A seed was implanted into her.  The seed of Momma Brazoria!  The seed of a very powerful male child who was given the name of Adisa Jahari Lumumba, meaning,“One who will teach us; young strong and powerful; and Gifted”!  And at the young age of five years old, little Adisa will indeed demonstrate each meaning of his name!

 

IRMALINDA, BELLE WHITE

Book 4 

 

June of 1897, the beautiful Irmalinda Scarsdale finally arrived home, five years later than expected.  She was disappointed when she didn't find her darling husband, Hanke Scarsdale still waiting there in the new mansion for her, which he had come to America to build for them while she waited in Germany for him to send for her.  Disappointment soon turned into anger, and anger quickly turned into rage!  The sad and unfortunate thing is that the beautiful Irmalinda had no clue whatsoever, that she was no longer a living being but a ghost... a ghost from the past.  Someone however, no matter how spine tingling or nerve wrecking it may be... had to inform the entity of this very sad fact!  Then they must pray to be left alive, to witness a love that truly did extend beyond death. 

 

 

 THE LETTER, BELLE WHITE

Book 5

 

The final book of “Belle White” ends the series with Belle writing a long letter to her dear friend and one time servant, Jackie Dawson, who now lives in Biloxi Mississippi.  The letter is being written as a distraction from all of the horrible events which have occurred in the nation during the past thirty some years, and which have had devastating affects on Belle and her family and friends!  It was a period of time which held some of the most horrific events that ever occurred in the history of the United States of America, and with each event the Wilkinsons were visited by death, which left the remaining family members and friends suffering long periods of mournful grief!

It started with the Philippine-American War, which began February 4, 1899, followed by

      

The Great Earthquake and Fire of San Francisco, California in April of 1906,

         The sinkingof the Titanic on April 14, 1912,

The many deaths which were caused by the building of the Panama Canal, which finally opened in 1914, and World War I which lasted from 1914-1918!  Then, the Roaring Twenties came in with a bang and a bash of radical changes, which lasted until 1929 when the market crashed, bring on the Great Depression!  If that wasn’t bad enough, the Great Plains were hit by the Drought in 1930, creating the Dust Bowl which lasted from 1931 to 1939!  This also included

         

 ‘Black Sunday’—the worst dust storm ever to roll across the plains, on April 14, 1935!

            One after the other, disaster struck the nation; and with each disastrous event, the hearts of the Wilkinson family suffered a great piercing!  Belle White was sure that she would loose her mind, with the many deaths that were tearing apart her family and threatening her very own existence, if she didn’t find something to occupy her time…hence, ‘The Letter’!

 

 

 

Perhaps you are as brave as you claim to be; however, be very careful now as you proceed down the path of which you travel!  For the time has come for you to make a very important decision!  A decision which will literally predict the weather condition of your eternal life--

For their bodies might be burned,

But they still may have more to tell!

 

You have been told, you have been warned,

Now how you live your life is up to you.

But don’t go screaming into the night,

When their ashes comes for you!

 

 

Indeed I am truly impressed!  You fared well on your journey through the world of blackness and evil!  I say old chap, you deserve a reward for your bravery!  That reward is the granting of safe passage into the wonderful world of drama.  Now, watch your step, watch your back, and protect your heart at all times!  Please...do drop in to see us again!
